Setting Artistic Goals in 2025

Have you stopped to think about your artistic growth plan for 2025? Would you like time to explore your painting goals in a creative way with yourself and other artists? Licensed psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist Kymberlee Stanley, LCSW opens her art studio to a small group of Chestnut artists to offer a “process oriented” art activity to reflect on our personal strengths, struggles and intentions for 2025.

Although Kymberlee is a professional psychotherapist in private practice, this workshop is not intended as therapy, but as a guided time of self-reflection using art to explore your own art journey. What is inspiring us? How do we want to grow? What are we doing well? What support do we need this year?

You will leave with an expressive art piece and a draft of art goals for 2025, and possibly some new friends.

All materials provided except each artist should bring her/his own personal sketchbook/small canvas/ painting surface. Acrylic paints and other art materials will be provided. No experience necessary!
